Well this chapter was relatively short, covering a little bit of the funeral. Tom gets measles. And everyone turns religious. Becky’s gone on vacation so Tom doesn’t really have anything to look forwards to. Well, I have one question for you all, and this concludes this short post.
What do you think about everyone’s interest in religion?

It seems a little weird that almost everyone is interested in religion. Up to this point in the story, all we hear about of religion seems just to be on Sundays and nothing else. Now everyone to be spending time on religion. There seems to be a gap in-between. But that makes a little sense because Tom had no clue about the world for two weeks.
I think that the intrest in religion is a little fake.
I agree with Jason, mean it seems like the interest doesn't last very long.
