Is a Gothe romance about a women who's husband is "lost" at sea on the way to America so she ends up have an affair and gets pregnant. So her baby girl and her on outcast in the town that they live in. The girl has been marked for life with an "A" standing for adultery. Her mom won't tell who her father is. A Study in Scarlet, By Sir :Arthur Conan Doyle
Is a murder mystery with Sherlock Holmes as one of the main characters. Sherlock Holmes finds a body at the beginning of the book. While the detectives believe they found the true killer another murder takes place that is linked with other at the beginning of the book. Sherlock Holmes is aware they don't have the right killer. So he ends up leaving to go to America to find the true linked cereal killer. This should be an interesting read and it shouldn't be of any bore.
