I thought this chapter was little bit interesting, well the last couple of chapters because of the way they all fit together and how all of this happens in a day.
Tom tries to apologize to Becky and she accepts the apology but gets mad at Tom.
Then later she ends up ripping a page of a book that belongs to the teacher. Tom gets in trouble for the spilled ink and then he takes the blame for the book.
If you were Tom would you do the same thing for someone you like? Or even a friend?

I am going to have to say no because she was being mean to tom so I would have let her take the beating.
I would have to say I would take the blame if it was someone I cared about, especially if we were fighting about something at the time. Tom took the blame so that Becky wouldn't be mad at him any more.
